Entering a new Blue Ray Laptop and some buying advice

Posted by admin as Blue Ray Laptop

Just a few days ago well known Dell put out a neat thing to play with:

The Dell 14z.
This nice retro-colored Blue Ray Laptop ships at the moment for 649$ up.
As I am writing this you can’t get it from Amazon, but I’ll keep you posted.
Fortunately the Dell 14z is capable of Blue Ray (as an option). And more so, it has a HDMI port, wich is a really important thing, as T.J. Aaron from LaptopLogic.com points out on weslytech.com.

Here his list of Blue Ray Laptop Pro’s:
· Plays most types of optical media
· Watch Blu-ray movies on the go
· Output Blu-ray to external displays & TVs
· Burn high capacity Blu-ray discs (with a burner)

As Con’s he points out that on some Blue Ray Laptops the displays are not HD capable and the lack a decent output to HDTVs.
As mentioned above, the Dell 14z has both. But if you don’t like the Dell, its fine. But make sure the Blue Ray Laptop of your choice has what you need. A decent screen and/or output are key features!
